Touchpoints, where the brand actually speaks
Identity is finished in the brand book and tested at the sales desk, the call center, and the packaging.
The promise has to show up in contact
Scientific branding starts with identity architecture and does not end there. The customer meets the brand at a touchpoint: the first reply, the price, the delay, and the tone.
Philip Kotler gathered marketing around customer behavior and the value offered. For an Iranian organization the practical translation is that the brand promise and the sales script say the same thing.
The funnel is not a warehouse of excuses
A sales funnel helps when each stage has an entry rule and an owner. A pile of leads that never becomes a real conversation is advertising spend, not growth.
Loyalty programs work the same way. If the touchpoint after purchase is abandoned, the next discount takes the place of a relationship.
Judge the campaign against the promise
Campaign review at Rahnegasht is one question: did this message make the brand promise sharper, or noisier? Creativity detached from the promise breaks the brand into pieces.
Market research has to come before that judgment. Without knowing the customer, the campaign is the organization’s taste.
This chart is a teaching model for the argument, not a survey result.
| Touchpoint | What the customer judges |
|---|---|
| First reply | Speed and honesty |
| The price offer | Fit with the promise |
| Delivery | The thing that was said |
| After purchase | Whether anyone is still there |
